Life is a constant; it does not wait on any one. The seconds continue to count down the hours, the hours the days. We must always keep our eyes on the most important issue our goal. In order to reach success we must understand that success can come any day and when it comes we must be ready. We try to plan out every aspect of life even down to when our break through will come. As exciting as it may seem to know it all there are some things we will never know. Success is all a matter of accomplishments. Accomplishments can have two points of views, yours and your peers. In your eyes you may feel that you have not done enough, or you still have work to do, however your peers may want to elect you because they see that you are ready. It is a great honor to be elected by peers to lead or give guidance or teach. When these opportunities come up we must accept them and try them out. In order to master your talent or gift you must put it to use. You must see what works for you and what does not work for you. The more you share the more you will get back in return. If you decline opportunities you will never know when the next chance will come up. If you accept opportunities and fall you can learn and try again. It is important that when you accept your opportunities you understand there is always something you can do better. Weather perfecting your accents, leave a message receive a message, or just letting go. My last note for you on this subject is to remember a goal or success is not something you do, it's not something your practice, it's not even something you put on and take off. Success is who you are how you walk, talk, and breathe. I am my goal I am my vision I am my dreams.

No Message no return! Creating a message of success
In the 1989 move Field of Dreams, there is a mystery voice that speaks to Ray the voice tells him “If you build it, they will come.”
At the time he wanted to know who they were. As we grow in this constantly changing topsy-turvy world, we often forget about the small things in life. The small things like greeting passer buyers or telling your love ones you love them before leaving the house. Even down to picking up the phone to call a friend, family member, or even a business partner. We have gotten to the age of an email or text message. No more sitting down to write a hand written letter and show a little more effort. And when we do place a call we never leave a message. As you strive to reach your goal of success you must have a message. You must have some type of substance that can create a return. Leaving a message is just like being a farmer or gardener you are planting seeds. A message can be as simple as speaking to the different people you pass every time you enter in the grocery store and or connivance store. I do realize the entire point of a connivance store is for you to get in and get out. No one ever said you had to speak. What about taking the time to speak to the drive through rep that assists you with your food. I know that is unthought-of I know you may say they call it fast food for a reason. However you do this to create a message of who you are and your values. When you call someone and they do not answer the phone do you leave a message or do you hang up. How or why do you expect a phone call when you do not leave a message? That drives me crazy personally. Any time a person calls and do not leave a message it gets to me. I think to myself what they think I sit around twit tiling my thumbs all day. No I do not I have things to do I have people to help so I call them when I call them. I have learned and still learning that a message should be direct and to the point. It should be catching and encourage someone to call you back. That being said when leaving a message it does not have to be long winded it can be short. That being said it is rude to waist people time so when setting your voicemail it’s unprofessional to try and play an entire song and or give them a sermon. That is why they have social networks for you let people know what’s on your mind.
By creating a message you set yourself up for a return. I have used a verbal message for my example however I want to remind you of the accessories we have talked about previously. A message could be your pride in your walk, your dress and or your appearance, a message can even be your business card, or the upkeep of your house and car. Your message is your on sight portfolio, it represent your who, what, when, and how. When you have a message there is no need to boast or do self edification, because your message does that for you! When you create a message you will get a return.

What are you credentials for success. with out proper credentials there is no success.

Dictionary.com defines credentials. as evidence of authority, status, rights, entitlement to privileges, or the like, usually in written form: Only those with the proper credentials are admitted.
What are your credentials for success. where is the evidence to show that you have a right to succeed. What are you willing to give up and add to your life. Many times we say we want to be successful but we never really know what that entitle us to do. We do not actually count up the cost to see what will have to be sacrificed in order to reach said set level of success. Many try to go business as usually and sadly that is not possible. Success credentials require for you to set yourself apart and study your profession, your art, your craft, your love. The bibles worlds it in 2 Timothy 2:15 "Do your best to present yourself to God as an approved worker who has nothing to be ashamed of, handling the word of truth with precision." To reach your desired goal in life you must fully understand your craft. You must know the ins and outs. Now granted you will not know everything and you will not know most of it right away. It takes time, it takes effort, most importantly it takes a drive. However in the long run you will gain help full revelation and maybe be inspired to leave your mark on a canvas of life. To build your credentials you must make yourself a friend of successful and unsuccessful people, it's not always what you know it’s who you know. Sometimes the best friends of success are those who are dead. Being that no one likes to seem week it's likely that some friends that are alive will try and embellish the truth at times. That being said compile you some people that are dead and gone. Some personally choices of mine are David, Saul, Isaiah, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Martin Luther, and Dr. King. There are more but no need for me to be name dropping. However in each of these men lives they share something they all have something in common they all have experienced humility they all have experienced opposing looks and have all experienced conspiracies against them. Part of your credentials "You don't know nothing till you been through something" Don't save a child and tell someone you have saved the world! Lastly and not least, I am a personal advocate for right. Part of your credentials are your name. A name can go along way Google your name and see what comes up set aside a honesty box and have people type of what they think about you and see if that is what you want to be known for. Be a person of integrity. It always pains me when I am watching a talk show and I see a man calling a young lady outside of her name and when a female drops the same language back out of her mouth potty mouth. Where are your morals and your social obligation. Be a beacon of light let your business dealings be clean, stand out against evil, wrong, corruption. A successful individual success is only as strong as the legs (credentials) they stand on!

It is often times in life we set goals for ourselves and we are doomed even before we set out to accomplish those goals. I personally think that in order to reach any goal you must be first willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. If you read any article about someone great or someone that has received a promotion or has great favor you will notice that, the individual does something that sticks out to others. When dressing for work I like to put on my slacks, a dress shirt, and a necktie or bow tie, and hankie. I normally try to insure that my shoes complement my entire ensemble rather than just a pair of shoes. These things are important to me because they are my accessories. It’s not required for me to dress for work matter of fact my company provides us with uniforms at no cost to us. However I know that I am not there to stay but I am there to learn share and move on. I am there to reach a goal. It is not my goal to always fit in and do just enough. But it’s my goals to go over and beyond the call of duty. When you choose your garments for work, play and or recreational it's not required to press your clothes nor try and find the matching shoes, belt and shirt/blouse how ever these are things that we are taught from a child up. Well everyone knows to press their shirt everyone knows to place their shirts in their pants. We all know if you want to be rebellious you can leave your shirt out. But how does that set you apart from others. How do these things assist you in reaching your new set goal?
When we hear the term accessories we normally think about purses, earrings, belts, chains and or watches or bracelets. But I want to introduce a new accessory this accessory is your pillars of success. The accessory to add is more of a moral accessory. Why not wake up an hour early then what you are doing right now and devote some time to prayer and or meditation. Why not accessorize your life by adding a new word to your vocabulary daily. What about accessorizing your life by reading four pages daily of professional literature. By adding moral and or mental accessories in your life you are now one step closer to reaching your set goal and or level of success. You have made a small change that leads to a bigger change which allows you to transition in the process of obtaining your goal. A goal is just what it is a set level however what inspires you to maintain your goal after reaching it. It is the foundation of your accessories.

#1 In order to tear down walls of failure we must first rid our selves of the bricks of depression. Friends that do not believe are ur doom!

In our ever changing world or society there is one thing that remains a constant. Most people desire to be like, loved and or appreciated. Because of fear of not being accepted many people settle for less then. Remember the day you settle is the day you admit that you are less then. Many times we have people in our lives that we should have been rid ourselves of. These people are nothing but stumbling blocks and or leaks in our plumbing. These people can range from any relationship. They can be mother, father, sister, brother, aunt, uncles, best friend from the age of nine. However they can still be a hindrance. The problem with long term friendship is irrational decisions. We are afraid of hurting someone feelings or we are afraid of what they will think of us there for we are silent at times when we need to speak out. In order for you to be the best you possible or reach your ultimate level of success you must do an evaluation of where you are and where you are going. You must look at the desired life style and or life circle and see who fits in to that circle with you. You must not be afraid of making tuff decision or you will never reach your ultimate goal. Tuff decision can range from any level of high or low, i.e. white or wheat bread, study or party, cut friendship or retain friendship. During your thirty days to a better you I challenge you to postpone your old friends and attempt to acquire new friendship each day. While acquiring new friendship you must ask some important questions such as where said friend is and where said friend is going. You must ask what do this friend have that you want and do this friend have the life style you wish to have. No offense to anyone but you do not go to a Jim and say I want to lose weight and get a 300 over weight person to train you, but you find someone that looks in the desired shape and you go to them for tutelage. So in our success we must do the same thing. If my credit score is weak Imam find someone that is doing well and has an honorable credit score and name and start to mimic the things he or she does. I do not care if they are older than me or younger I just care that they are the vision of my ultimate outcome.
Success is not something given or promised, it's a way of life that is challanged daily. A day of good will be spoken for moments, but a moment of evill will be the ruins of life. Tune it tomorrow for part two.
